“All of my life, I have strived to face and understand my demons and through the creation of art, I have found a way to come to terms with many of my painful issues. By releasing my feelings into paintings, I am able to confront my problems and slowly free myself from their power. This collection, which I call Inner Child, is a series of paintings that do just that. It has been difficult to immerse myself in these dark places from my past, but displaying these pieces plays an integral part of this exorcism for me.”
