Man Goes to Jail for Tatooing 13-Year-Old Girl
Marco Gonzales’ life went badly wrong after a friend asked Marco to do a tattoo for his girlfriend aged 13. After tattooing the girl’s name, Jacquelynn, across her lower back the friend never paid Marco and the girl’s furious mom called the police.
During the time the police were investigating the tattoo Marco’s trailer burned to the ground and Police Lt. Finnerty said:”I’m going to be talking to him,” regarding the fire. A warrant was finally issued for Marco after he refused to be interviewed
On Monday Marco pleaded guilty to tattooing a minor and will serve 90 days in jail. Marco also received a $500 fine and if the girl chooses to have the tattoo removed he must pay for it to be removed. Marco is not a licensed tattoo artist.

If I really think about it I’d say no one should get a tattoo until you really know what you’re doing with your life or which way you’re going.
I’d say around the age of 25 but it could be earlier or even later. Also depends on the spot where the tattoo will be placed and ofcourse the design itself.
